What to Expect

Lip injections can last anywhere from 3 to 12 months, depending on the product used and each individual client. The average time for the first top up treatment for lips is 3 months, with a range of 1 to 6. Once the lips are filled to an optimal level, the effect can last up to 6 to 12 months.

Immediately after lip injections, you may look mildly swollen or puffy, which generally lasts for about 48 hours. After this time lips may also feel tender and appear slightly bruised or swollen for up to two weeks. Ensure the avoidance of physical activity and alcohol for 24 hours.
