Thank you for choosing a Laser Clinics UK clinic. These Booking and Purchase Terms and Conditions (Terms) apply when you make a booking and/or purchase through our website (https://www.laserclinics.co.uk/) (Website), via telephone, or in-person at a Laser Clinics UK clinic.

By making a booking or purchase you agree to these Terms with your Chosen Clinic (as defined in section 1.1 below). References in these Terms to 'we', 'us', and 'our' are references to your Chosen Clinic.

You should review these Terms carefully and not proceed with a booking or purchase if you do not agree. You should also review the Laser Clinics UK Website Terms & Conditions and Laser Clinics UK Privacy Policy, which outline (as applicable) the additional terms that apply to the use of the Website, and provide information on how your personal information is handled by Laser Clinics Group Entities (as defined in section 1.1 below).

1. Agreement

1.1 Formation of agreement with your Chosen Clinic

These Terms are agreed between you and your Chosen Clinic. You do not have any entitlement to receive goods and/or services from any other Laser Clinics Group Entity.

(a) You agree that you enter into these Terms with the clinic that:

(i) you have indicated is your 'preferred clinic' either on the Website or via phone; or

(ii) such clinic that you make an in-person booking with,

the company details of the respective clinic are as listed here

(your Chosen Clinic).

(b) You acknowledge and agree that you are making a booking with and/or purchasing a right to receive goods and/ or services from (as applicable) your Chosen Clinic only and are not making a booking with and/or purchasing a right to receive goods and/or services from any other Laser Clinics UK entity, including franchised clinics listed here, Laser Clinics UK Management Ltd, UK Skin & Laser Clinics Limited, LCA Franchising Pty Ltd or any ‘related body corporate’ or a ‘related entity’ (Laser Clinics Group Entities).

(c) Subject to local law, you agree that your sole rights and entitlements are with your Chosen Clinic, and you agree not to take any action against any other Laser Clinics Group Entity in connection with these Terms.

1.2 Client consent form

You agree that you will be required to agree to additional terms with your Chosen Clinic before you receive relevant goods and/or services, including (without limitation) the client consent form.

1.3 Additional terms for particular services and promotions

(a) For certain services, campaigns, promotions, or contests, additional terms and conditions may apply. You can find information on these terms and policies at: Current Promotional Terms & Conditions.

(b) You acknowledge that if you want to receive certain services or participate in a campaign, promotion, or contest, you agree to those applicable terms and conditions. In case of any inconsistency between such terms and conditions and these Terms, those terms and conditions will prevail.

1.4 Assignment

(a) Subject to clause 1.4(b), we may assign these Terms to any other Laser Clinics Group Entity without your consent.

(b) We may only assign these Terms to a Laser Clinics Group Entity within a reasonable distance of your Chosen Clinic, and that is capable of performing the obligations owed to you, or otherwise with your consent (not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed).

(c) You may not assign these Terms to any third party.

1. Accounts

2.1 General

To make a booking or purchase through the Website, you must register for, and hold, an account for your use of our customer portal (Account and Portal). You must not create an account on behalf of another person. To create an Account, you:

(a) must be at least 18 years of age OR must be 16 or 17 years old and have parental/legal guardian consent;

(b) must possess the legal right and ability to enter into a legally binding agreement with us; and

(c) agree and warrant to use the Website in accordance with these Terms.

2.2 Collection of personal information

As part of making a booking and/or purchase, you will provide us with personal information, including your full name, date of birth, and contact details (such as your email and phone number). We collect personal information about you in order to process your booking and/or purchase, provide you with marketing materials, news, and promotional offers from us, and for purposes otherwise set out in the Privacy Policy.

(a) You may cancel or suspend your Account at any time by emailing cancelmyaccount@laserclinics.com.au. Where you cancel or suspend your Account, you will no longer be entitled to access your Account.

(b) We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your Account or your access to the Portal, including any material (including all text, graphics, logos, audio, and software) made available to you through the Portal (Content), or any feature of the Portal at any time, provided that we will seek to provide you with reasonable notice of such restriction, suspension or termination where practicable and having regard to the nature and circumstances of any potential breach of these Terms.

(c) Without limiting paragraph (b), we may immediately suspend or cancel your Account or access to the Portal if:

(i) you are, or we reasonably suspect that you are, in breach of:

(a) these Terms; or

(b) any applicable law;

(ii) we reasonably believe that we or any Laser Clinics Group Entity are, or are likely to be, in breach of law or brought into disrepute, as a result of the provision of, or your use the Portal; or

(iii) we are required to do so in order to comply with an order, instruction or request of a regulatory authority.

(d) To the extent that you object to the suspension or cancellation of your Account or access to the Portal under 2(c)(i) or (ii) above, you must lodge a written objection to cancelmyaccount@laserclinics.com.au within 30 days which we must then consider and respond to in writing within 30 days.

1. Accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of information

We use all reasonable attempts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information we provide to you, however the information on the Portal and as otherwise provided to you is not comprehensive, and material we provide is intended to provide a summary of the subject matter covered.

We recognise that you have statutory rights, to the maximum extent permitted by that law, , we make no warranties or representations about the Portal or the Content, including warranties or representations that they will be complete, accurate or up to date, that access will be uninterrupted or error-free or free from viruses, or that the Portal will be secure.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, including the ACL, save for instances of our fraud, negligence and wilful misconduct, we are not liable to you or anyone else if errors occur in the information made available to you, or if that information is not up to date. We may, from time to time and without notice, change or add to the information, products or services we provided. However, despite best efforts, we cannot guarantee that information made available to you is always updated with the very latest information.

To the extent that we change our service offering, however, and you have pre-booked for that service, you will be able to cancel that booking and will be offered a full refund (for any pre-purchased services).

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not endorse and are not responsible for the content on those linked websites and have no control over or rights in those linked websites.

1. Bookings and purchases

5.1 Bookings (general)

(a) When you make a booking, you will be asked to provide certain information to assist us in finding an appropriate service for you. You must provide accurate and current information to us to ensure we can find the most appropriate booking for you.

(b) While we will use our best efforts to ensure that we can deliver the relevant service at your booked time, subject to applicable law, we make no guarantee that we will be able to deliver the relevant service at the booked time.

(c) If we cannot deliver your booked service at your booked time, we will use best efforts to find an alternative suitable time and, to the extent that we cannot find a suitable for both you and your Chosen Clinic, we will offer you a full refund.

(d) When you make a booking, you agree to pay in full the cost of those goods and/or services to your Chosen Clinic, including any taxes and charges that may apply.

(e) All bookings placed are subject to confirmation and acceptance by your Chosen Clinic and may be subject to change upon reasonable notice to you.

5.2 Website bookings

(a) You may book appointments through the Portal. You acknowledge that you will need to select your Chosen Clinic.

(b) After making a website booking, you will receive a communication from your Chosen Clinic confirming your booking.

5.3 Telephone bookings

(a) You may make bookings via telephone. We will advise you that your call is being recorded and by proceeding with the phone call, you consent to the audio recording and for its release to be used for the purposes of your Chosen Clinic providing goods and/or services to you and any conversations in relation to your arrangements with your Chosen Clinic.

(b) After making a telephone booking, you will receive a communication from your Chosen Clinic confirming your booking.

5.4 Purchases (general)

(a) When you make a purchase of goods and/or services you will be prompted to pay the relevant cost of those goods and/or services including any taxes and charges that may apply via the Website or telephone (as applicable). You acknowledge that any treatments are subject to consultation and suitability, and our treatment terms and conditions.

(b) Except where prohibited by law, we may limit the number or type of goods and/or services available for purchase by you.

5.5 Refunds and cancellations

Subject to applicable consumer law, you agree and acknowledge that if you wish to change your booking or make a cancellation, your rights and obligations are set out in the Laser Clinics Cancellation and Refunds Policy.

6.1 No professional medical or healthcare advice

(a) You agree that the Content is of a general nature and does not constitute professional medical or healthcare advice, diagnosis, or recommendation of treatment and are not intended to, nor should they be used to, replace professional medical advice. In no circumstances should any Content be relied upon without independent consideration and confirmation by a qualified medical practitioner.

(b) Subject to applicable consumer law, we make no representations or warranties with respect to any treatment, action, suitability or application of medication or preparation by any person whether based on the Content or not. In no circumstances will we be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages arising from the same, save for instances of our fraud, negligence and wilful misconduct.

(c) Always seek the advice of your doctor or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or treatment before undertaking a treatment regimen.

6.2 Adverse reaction policy

(a) We take pride in all of our doctors, nurses, and therapists, who are trained to the required standard. In the unlikely event that you experience a side effect, we will require reasonable time and information to investigate your concern.

(b) You must provide your full co-operation during this time, which may include (where reasonable) telehealth consultations for assessment and or review of your circumstances by relevant manager of your Chosen Clinic, and/or our doctors, nurses and therapists.

6.3 Suitability of goods

(a) Goods must only be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with the relevant instructions, precautions, and guidelines. You are responsible for ensuring that the goods are suitable for you and seeking appropriate professional medical advice.

(b) Without limiting paragraph 6.3(a):

(i) you should always check the ingredients for goods to avoid potential allergic reactions; and

(ii) you acknowledge that not all goods are suitable for all skin tones. If using prescription medications (oral or topical), pregnant, breastfeeding, or suffering from a specific health condition, you should seek advice from an appropriate medical practitioner or therapist before adopting any new goods or regime.

(c) Subject to applicable consumer law, we give no warranty and make no representation, express or implied, as to the suitability, adequacy, or appropriateness of the goods for you or fitness of the goods for a particular purpose.

(d) If any minor uses any product purchased through the website, it should be only after the parent or legal guardian has discussed the product with the minor's doctor.

1. Intellectual property rights

(c) Subject to local consumer protection and any rights you may have under these laws, you hereby acknowledge and agree that your Chosen Clinic and each Laser Clinics Group Entity their affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable with respect to, and you hereby waive, release, and agree not to take action against any of them upon, any claim for any loss or harm suffered or incurred by you in connection with, arising out of, or in any way related to, the provision of our services, including an allergic reaction, save for instances of our fraud, negligence or wilful misconduct.

(d) Subject to law, you hereby acknowledge and agree that your Chosen Clinic and each Laser Clinics Group Entity and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable with respect to, and you hereby waive, release, and agree not to take action against any of them upon, any claim for any loss or harm suffered or incurred by you in connection with, arising out of, or in any way related to, an allergic reaction you suffer as a result of our services unless that allergic reaction is caused by our gross negligence or wilful negligence.

1. Jurisdiction and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and. By agreeing to these Terms, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may (in our sole discretion) modify, update or replace any or all of these Terms from time to time by providing reasonable prior written notice of the update to the Terms, including details of the relevant changes.

This notice may be provided via email, SMS or a message on the Portal. Continued use of the Portal, our goods and/or services following the reasonable notice period and implementation of the update shall be deemed

Late Arrivals:

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are late, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to carry out your treatment. In such cases, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the session may be forfeited if part of a prepaid package.

Children in the Clinic:

For health and safety reasons, children under the age of 16 are not permitted in treatment rooms at any time. Additionally, children cannot be left unsupervised in the clinic reception area. We kindly ask that alternative childcare arrangements are made prior to your appointment to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all clients and staff.

Consultations & Patch Tests:

Please note that some LCUK locations may require a consultation and/or patch test at least 24 hours prior to your first appointment. Requirements can vary by clinic, so we kindly ask that you liaise directly with your chosen location to confirm whether this applies.

Add-On Treatments

Add-on treatments are available only in conjunction with eligible Laser Hair Removal treatments and must be booked at the same time as the primary treatment to which they are being added. A separate booking must be made for each add-on treatment purchased. All bookings are subject to consultation, suitability assessment, and appointment availability.

Clients may purchase only the same quantity of individual add-on treatments as the number of primary treatments purchased within the pre-pay treatment series.

Payment for add-on treatments must be made in full at the time of purchase of the primary treatment to which the add-on is being applied, and the Laser Clinics UK refund policy applies to all purchases.

Add-on treatments are valid only in conjunction with Laser Hair Removal treatments and are not valid on Skin treatments, cosmetic injectable treatments, BodySkulpt treatments, or Skinstitut® products.

The standard single treatment price of the add-on treatment must be equal to or less than the value of the primary treatment to which it is being added.

Laser Hair Removal Packages

Where Laser Hair Removal treatment areas are purchased as part of a package, including but not limited to packages such as Female Half Legs, Brazilian and Underarms, the treatment areas included within the package must be performed during the same appointment and cannot be divided across separate appointments.

Laser Clinics UK offers the Full Body Laser Hair Removal package at the applicable prices advertised or otherwise communicated by Laser Clinics UK.

The Full Body Laser Hair Removal package comprises all Laser Hair Removal treatment areas currently offered by Laser Clinics UK at the time of purchase. This package does not include any treatment areas that are not offered by Laser Clinics UK at that time.

Clients may elect to exclude one or more treatment areas from their Full Body Laser Hair Removal package. Clients must notify clinic staff at the time of booking and upon arrival at each appointment of any treatment area that has been excluded from the package. No price adjustment, refund, or credit will be provided where treatment areas are excluded from the package.

Bookings must be made in advance for all Laser Hair Removal treatments. All bookings are subject to consultation, suitability assessment, and appointment availability.

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking for each treatment.

The Full Body Laser Hair Removal package is personal to the purchasing client, is non-transferable, and may not be shared between two or more individuals. Laser Clinics UK reserves the right to request photographic identification to verify client identity.

Cosmetic Injectables Deposit

A deposit of £20 is required in advance for all Cosmetic Injectables treatment bookings. The deposit is redeemable against the cost of treatment.

For bookings made online, the deposit remains valid for a period of six months from the date of payment.

The deposit will be refunded where the appointment does not proceed to a billable treatment, provided the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled in accordance with the Laser Clinics UK cancellation policy. Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or failure to attend an appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in the deposit being forfeited.

Clients must be aged 18 years or over to make a Cosmetic Injectables booking and to receive Cosmetic Injectables treatment.

Cosmetic Injectables treatments cannot be prepaid and payment must be made at the time of each appointment.

All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to consultation, medical assessment, suitability for treatment, and appointment availability. Cosmetic Injectables clients must be assessed and deemed medically suitable for treatment by a qualified prescribing practitioner prior to receiving treatment.

A standard 30-minute consultation is provided on a complimentary basis. Additional consultation time beyond 30 minutes may incur a fee in accordance with the applicable Cosmetic Injectables pricing schedule.

Treatment pricing is determined by the number of units required and the specific product prescribed by the treating health professional. For lip enhancement treatments, including Lips to Love treatments, pricing is based on the administration of 1ml of dermal filler selected from an approved range of baseline products, as recommended by the treating health professional following consultation.

For regulatory and legal compliance reasons, specific product names may not be advertised. Clients may contact their local clinic for further information regarding available products.

Where products are purchased as part of a treatment package, the products included within the package must be administered during a single appointment and cannot be divided across multiple appointments.

Price Promise (Price Match Policy)

At Laser Clinics United Kingdom, our Price Promise enables clients to purchase treatments and products with confidence, knowing that we will match a competitor’s price where the client can demonstrate that the same treatment or product is available at a lower price from another provider.

The Price Promise applies where a competitor is offering an identical treatment or product using comparable equipment and products, and where the treatment is performed by appropriately qualified practitioners or therapists. The competitor’s price must be currently advertised and available either in-clinic or online at the time the price match is requested.

The Price Promise applies to like-for-like products and services across Laser Hair Removal treatments, Skin treatments, dermal filler treatments (subject to consultation and medical suitability), and Skinstitut® products. The Price Promise applies only to identical Skinstitut® products offered by another authorised retailer and does not apply to comparisons between Skinstitut® products and other skincare brands.

Where a competitor’s advertised price is conditional upon the purchase of a minimum quantity, package, or treatment volume, the client must purchase that same minimum quantity in order to qualify for a price match. Clients may elect to purchase a greater quantity at the matched price where permitted by the clinic.

Clients must request the Price Promise at the time of purchase and must present evidence of the competitor’s current advertised price at the time of making the request. Requests for a price match must be made in person at the clinic prior to payment. Laser Clinics United Kingdom reserves the right to verify the competitor’s price and to decline a price match where the eligibility criteria are not satisfied.

Before and After Photography and Promotional Material Consent

Laser Clinics United Kingdom may request to collect and process photographic images, video recordings, audio recordings, and written testimonials (together referred to as the Material), including before and after treatment images, for the purpose of documenting treatment outcomes and creating educational, training, and promotional content.

Where the Material contains information relating to a client’s medical condition, diagnosis, treatment, or physical appearance before or after treatment, such information may be classified as sensitive personal data under applicable data protection laws. In such circumstances, Laser Clinics United Kingdom will obtain the client’s explicit consent prior to collecting, processing, or using the Material.

Participation in before and after photography or related promotional activities is entirely voluntary. Clients who elect to participate will be required to sign a written consent and release form confirming that they agree to the collection, use, publication, and ongoing storage of the Material by Laser Clinics United Kingdom.

By providing consent and signing the relevant release form, the client grants Laser Clinics United Kingdom the right to use, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute the Material, including before and after treatment images, for informational, clinical, educational, and promotional purposes, both now and in the future.

The Material may be used across Laser Clinics United Kingdom communication channels and materials, including but not limited to websites, social media platforms, digital and printed marketing materials, in-clinic displays, posters, brochures, newsletters, presentations, and other promotional publications.

The client acknowledges and agrees that Laser Clinics United Kingdom may share or disclose the Material to third parties engaged by Laser Clinics United Kingdom for marketing, advertising, public relations, training, clinical education, or media purposes.

The client understands and agrees that Laser Clinics United Kingdom may edit, crop, adapt, enhance, combine, or reproduce the Material, including incorporating the Material into composite images or multimedia content, and that the Material may be transmitted, displayed, or published via the internet and other communication networks.

The client acknowledges that once the Material has been published or shared publicly, Laser Clinics United Kingdom may not be able to control or prevent further distribution or use by third parties.

By signing the consent form, the client releases and discharges Laser Clinics United Kingdom, its employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising from or in connection with the authorised use of the Material, including but not limited to claims relating to privacy, defamation, or financial compensation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The client further agrees to waive any moral rights or similar rights they may have in relation to the Material, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

All collection, storage, and use of the Material will be carried out in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the Laser Clinics United Kingdom Privacy Policy.

Treatment Policies

Prepaid Treatment Policy

Clients who purchase prepaid treatments may receive a saving in accordance with the applicable prepayment pricing schedule. All prepaid treatments are non-refundable except where required by law and are non-transferable to another individual or to a different treatment area.

Prepaid Skin treatments expire 12 months from the date of purchase.

Prepaid Laser Hair Removal treatments expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Where 10 or more Laser Hair Removal treatments are purchased within a single treatment plan, the expiry period will be extended to 18 months from the date of purchase.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any prepaid treatment appointment. Appointments that are cancelled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice will be deemed to have been taken and will be deducted from the client’s prepaid treatment balance.

By purchasing prepaid treatments, clients acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms.

Laser Clinics United Kingdom cannot guarantee that treatments will be performed by the same therapist at each appointment.

Age Policy

Clients must be aged 18 years or over to receive Laser Hair Removal, Skin treatments, or Cosmetic Injectables treatments.

Clients aged 14 to 17 years may be eligible to receive certain Laser Hair Removal or Skin treatments, subject to parental or legal guardian consent. A parent or legal guardian must be present during the initial consultation and first treatment appointment and must understand the treatment procedure and aftercare requirements. Ongoing attendance by the parent or legal guardian at subsequent appointments is not required unless requested or preferred.

All consent documentation for clients under the age of 18 must be completed and signed in person at the clinic. Consent forms cannot be completed remotely or taken off-site for signature.

Laser Clinics United Kingdom does not recommend treatment for children under the age of 12 due to hormonal changes associated with growth and development.

Clients receiving Cosmetic Injectables treatments must be aged 18 years or over.

Laser Clinics United Kingdom reserves the right to request valid photographic identification to verify a client’s age prior to providing treatment.

Medical Conditions and Medications Policy

All treatments are subject to consultation, medical history review, and suitability assessment prior to commencement.

Clients currently taking antibiotics may be eligible for treatment provided the medication is not classified as photosensitive. Where a client has taken a photosensitive medication, treatment must be postponed for a minimum period of two weeks following completion of the medication course, or as otherwise clinically advised.

Clients with autoimmune conditions may be eligible for treatment subject to clinical assessment. Treatment may be provided where conditions such as psoriasis or eczema are stable and not active, inflamed, irritated, or heat reactive at the treatment site. Where required, written medical clearance from a qualified healthcare professional may be requested prior to treatment.

Clients with a history of cancer may be eligible for treatment once they have been in remission for a minimum period of two years and have provided written clearance from their treating oncologist or medical specialist.

Laser Clinics United Kingdom reserves the right to request medical clearance from a qualified healthcare professional where a medical condition, medication, or treatment history may affect treatment safety or suitability.

Pregnancy and Breastfeeding Policy

Clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding must obtain medical clearance from a qualified healthcare professional prior to receiving treatment.

During pregnancy, only selected treatments may be considered appropriate following clinical assessment. These may include treatments such as microdermabrasion or enzyme-based peels, subject to medical advice and therapist assessment.

During breastfeeding, selected treatments may be considered appropriate following clinical assessment. These may include Laser Hair Removal, microdermabrasion, LED therapy, and enzyme-based treatments, subject to medical advice and therapist assessment.

All treatments during pregnancy or breastfeeding remain subject to consultation, medical clearance, and therapist discretion.

Treatment Booking Deposit Policy

A deposit for Laser Hair Removal or Skin treatment bookings may be required in advance at the discretion of the individual Laser Clinics UK clinic. Any deposit paid will be redeemable against the cost of the treatment.

The deposit amount will vary depending on the type of treatment and the treatment area booked.

All bookings remain subject to consultation, suitability assessment, and appointment availability.

Gift Cards

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase and use of Laser Clinics United Kingdom gift cards (Gift Cards), issued by Laser Clinics United Kingdom.

By purchasing, receiving, or using a Gift Card, the holder agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Laser Clinics United Kingdom reserves the right, at its discretion, to refuse the sale or issue of a Gift Card to any person at any time where reasonably necessary, including for fraud prevention, security, or operational reasons.

Gift Cards may only be redeemed for goods and services at the Laser Clinics United Kingdom clinic from which the Gift Card was originally purchased, unless otherwise agreed by Laser Clinics United Kingdom.

Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, exchanged for another Gift Card, or used to purchase additional Gift Cards, except where required by law. Gift Cards are not legal tender, account cards, credit cards, debit cards, or securities.

The Gift Card holder is responsible for the security of the Gift Card. Anyone presenting the Gift Card may use its available balance to make purchases. If a Gift Card is lost or stolen, the holder must notify the issuing clinic as soon as reasonably practicable. Laser Clinics United Kingdom may, at its discretion, cancel the remaining balance or issue a replacement Gift Card; however, Laser Clinics United Kingdom is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of a lost or stolen Gift Card.

Laser Clinics United Kingdom may replace a Gift Card that is faulty, damaged, lost, or stolen at its discretion. Any replacement Gift Card will carry the same remaining balance and expiry date as the original Gift Card at the time of replacement.

Gift Cards will be deemed void if they are defaced, altered, damaged, or tampered with in any way. Laser Clinics United Kingdom reserves the right to conduct verification and security checks in relation to any Gift Card transaction.

Laser Clinics United Kingdom reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card or discontinue the Gift Card programme at any time where reasonably necessary. In such circumstances, Laser Clinics United Kingdom may provide a replacement Gift Card or refund the remaining balance, except where fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected.

Gift Cards remain the property of Laser Clinics United Kingdom.

Gift Cards are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. After the expiry date, the Gift Card will no longer be valid, any remaining balance will be forfeited, and unused value will not be refunded, except where required by law.

All purchases made using a Gift Card remain subject to the Laser Clinics United Kingdom standard Terms and Conditions, including booking, cancellation, refund, and treatment suitability policies.

Pre-paid Treatments

- If you pre-pay for treatments you will save an amount according to the pre-payment schedule.
- Pre-paid treatments have a 12-month expiry date from the date of purchase (applicable when less than 10 treatments of the same service are purchased in a single transaction for a single client).

- An 18-month expiry date from the date of purchase applies to purchases of 10 or more treatments (of the same service within a single transaction for a single client).

Skin Packages

Savings specified for each Skin package are calculated using the standard single treatment price and not discounted or pre-paid package prices.

Clients may purchase multiple Skin packages; however, payment must be made in full at the time of purchase and prior to the commencement of any treatments. All purchases are subject to the Laser Clinics United Kingdom refund policy.

Bookings must be made in advance for each treatment included within the package. All bookings are subject to consultation, suitability assessment, and appointment availability.

Appointments that are cancelled, missed, or rescheduled without at least 24 hours’ notice will be deemed to have been taken and will be deducted from the client’s package.

Treatments included within a Skin package are specific to that package and cannot be exchanged for alternative treatments. Where Skinstitut® products are included as part of a Skin package, those products may be exchanged for another Skinstitut® product of equal full retail value.

A Laser Clinics United Kingdom therapist will provide guidance on the recommended treatment intervals for treatments included within the Skin package; however, it remains the client’s responsibility to schedule appointments in advance to ensure availability.

All treatments included within the Skin package must be redeemed at the clinic location where the package was originally purchased, unless otherwise agreed by Laser Clinics United Kingdom.

All treatments within a Skin package must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase, after which any unused treatments will expire.

Skin packages cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Prior to commencing treatment, clients must disclose relevant skin concerns, complete any required consultation documentation, and provide informed consent to treatment.

Clients are required to follow all aftercare and at-home care instructions provided by the treating therapist. This may include the recommended use of Skinstitut® skincare products and adherence to treatment or lifestyle guidance provided as part of the treatment plan.
