An electrolyte-infused mask and serum combination helps restore moisture levels and soothes the skin, making it the perfect companion to our treatments. There are 5 different types available to be customised to treat your targeted area of concern (correcting, brightening, purifying, anti-ageing, or hydration).

If you have a special event coming up, we recommend treatments two weeks out, with one treatment in the first week and the second, 1-2 days before the event.
Avoid laser treatments or any other heat-based treatments for 48 hours prior to your Hydrojelly® Advanced Facial.
Days 1–3
Keep skin cool: avoid hot showers, saunas, and exercise for 24–48 hrs.
Cleanse AM + PM with Skinstitut Gentle Cleanser.
Apply Skinstitut Rejuvenate 15 after cleansing.
Apply Skinstitut Laser Aid or Skinstitut Repair Balm 2–3 times daily.
Apply SPF daily:
Skinstitut Age Defence SPF 50+ or Face the Day SPF 50+
Reapply when outdoors.
Avoid active ingredients (AHAs, retinol, vitamin C).
From Day 4
Reintroduce actives if skin has settled.
* Even Blend: For clients with Fitzpatrick 3+, post-treatment pigmentation risk can be reduced with Even Blend Serum. It is highly recommended to begin application 2 weeks prior to treatment, and it can be reintroduced 5 days post-treatment to help calm melanin activity.
One-week post-treatment:
No depilatory use on the face.
Two weeks post-treatment:
No Cosmetic Injectable treatments.
No waxing or Laser Hair Removal/IPL treatments on the face.
Hydrojelly Mask

Firstly, the serum is applied to the skin followed by the mask. Hydrojelly® masks are powder-based masks, activated by purified water.
Once applied, the mask then solidifies creating a unique vacuum seal allowing your skin to fully absorb all the powerful nutrients.
You must wait 48 hours after laser treatments or any other heat-based treatments.
Hydrojelly® Mask Duo treatments are gentle to the skin and will not cause any sensitivities. Maintain skin's hydration with daily moisturising, we recommend using either:

The Hydrating Hydrojelly® Mask is fragrance and colour free, a great option for those with extra sensitive skin. Contains Hyaluronic Acid to prevent moisture loss and keep skin looking well-hydrated and firm, and Organic Green Tea extract to soothe, calm & strengthen the skin barrier and benefit overall skin health. The see-through formula allows for the Yellow LED while the mask is on the skin, making it a great time-saving facial.
Illuminating Orange Peel Hydrojelly® Advanced Facial
This treatment has natural soothing effects and a brightening formula helps enhance tone and the appearance of pores while reinforcing the skin’s moisture barrier for a skin-smoothing glow. Organic Orange Peel is high in vitamin C which helps form collagen and elastin and contains citric acid that helps brighten skin naturally and remove dead cells and debris from the skin.
Anti-Ageing Hydrojelly® Advanced Facial

Absolutely, though we do recommend to partner the Hydrojelly mask with the microdermabrasion or enzymatic peel treatment to achieve maximum results for your targeted skin concern.
Each Hydrojelly mask contains four common ingredients:
Algae hydrates the skin and increases skin's moisture retention capabilities
Organic white rice flour cleanses, exfoliates and conditions the skin
Organic wholegrain oat flour soothes and helps alleviate skin irritation
Organic white willow bark powder tones and reduces inflammation and provides relief from irritation
There is no downtime for this treatment. You may experience slight redness after the treatment but this usually subsides within 24 hours. We recommend the Yellow LED Light Therapy after this treatment to help reduce the redness and provide anti-ageing benefits. Light mineral makeup can be applied directly after the treatment.
